Project Description
The license area was awarded on 11th April 2017 to Rockfield Corporation Limited which is a Zambian registered company prospecting for Au, Cu, Co and Zn in mufumbwe district of Northwestern province. Were a company holds a large scale scale exploration license which was issued in accordance with the mines and minerals Act No. 11 of 2015. The license holders endorsed Tardis Mining solutions on developing an economically viable and technically feasible copper deposit that will sustain all stakeholders with current fiscal systems.the prospect lies in the Lufilian Arc of Katanga orogeny, it is a zone of oregenically deformed upper precambrian geosynclinal sediments locally called the lusakan orogeny. The license area suggest apmle space for exploration and underscores the significance of the potential copper deposit

WORK DONE and HISTORY
In the vicinity of 21506-HQ-LEL is the Kalengwa mine old workings which was also discovered from a soil sampling program and reported at about 300000 tons resource in 1967 at an average of 20% copper ( malachite and chalcocite) entailing a supergene enrichment. Exploration teams from various entities have explored this area as far as 1940 including the recently by Euro Kalengwa, Roan selection trust(1967), Rhokana cooperation among others , but also by license owners have done some works

OVERVIEW
The license area was granted on 11th April 2017 to Rockfield Corporation Limited which is a Zambian registered company prospecting for Au, Cu, Co and Zn deposit in mufumbwe district of Northwestern province of Zambia. The area lies in the irumide belt, it is underlain by undifferentiated Basement and Katangan systems rocks which is exposed in different part of the license and overlain by the Kalahari group rocks with fossil self Dunes. The area's substantial size of 4425.3906 hectares suggest apmle space for exploration and underscores the significance of the potential copper deposit, this is because the area is a vicinity of Euro Kalengwa mine old workings. The license area can be accessed via Solwezi-mufumbwe M8 road then taking left at Euro Kalengwa Junction, from the junction the tenement is 53km gravel that makes a left turn at the entrance of Euro Kalengwa mine. Rockfield Corporation Limited endorsed Tardis Mining solutions on developing an economically viable and technically feasible copper deposit from the Historical information from ZCCM-IH archives as well as from documents held at chamber of mines Library. Were other information were obtained from the Geological Survey Department in the ministry of mines and minerals Development as well as from previous works done by Rockfield Corporation Limited

MINERALIZATION
The license has potential to host copper deposit, 21506-HQ-LEL lies 15km to the south East of the Euro Kalengwa mine, an old copper mine working with on average 20% Total copper ( with previous run of the mine at 5% to 1% cut off). The Kalengwa copper mine has been the only active mine around license 21506-HQ-LEL, were the site was first discovered in 1963
